Meadow Apothecary is a UK-based small business creating natural, organic, cruelty-free skincare products for humans and dogs. All our products are handmade in small batches using ethically sourced ingredients.

2. Orders & Payments

• All prices are in GBP and include VAT (if applicable).
• We accept secure payments via [insert payment providers e.g., Stripe, PayPal,      Visa, etc.].
• Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
• Orders are only dispatched once payment has been received in full.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days.
• UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or force majeure.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless they are faulty. However:

• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days      of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• You may cancel an order before it has been shipped — just email us as soon as possible.

5. Product Disclaimer

• All our products are made using natural and organic ingredients. However, we recommend patch testing before use, especially if you have sensitive skin      or allergies.
• Meadow Apothecary is not liable for individual reactions to any ingredient.
• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
• Please keep all products out of reach of children and pets unless the product is      specifically labelled as pet-safe or baby-safe.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, artwork, product names, descriptions, and images — belongs to Meadow Apothecary and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
